Chunns Cove Assisted Living is proud to offer on-site rehabilitation services through our partnership with Legacy Healthcare Services. As one of the few assisted living communities in the area with a dedicated in-house therapy department and treatment room, we are able to provide convenient access to professional therapy services without residents having to leave the comfort of our community.

Our therapy team works closely with residents, families, physicians, and facility staff to develop individualized treatment plans designed to promote independence, improve mobility, enhance strength and balance, and support overall quality of life. Services may include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, depending on each resident's needs.

By offering rehabilitation services on-site, residents benefit from timely care, reduced transportation needs, and a seamless approach to achieving their health and wellness goals while remaining in a familiar and supportive environment.
